: Just for something different I have gone back to finishing the seat frames.
: As you know I started to get the tops of the frames rechromed in Coffs Harbour then brought them back here to be powdercoated.
: I got about 1/2 done when the next few I had issues with the chrome in a few areas peeling off.
: I took them back and the guy was happy to rechrome them but because I live over 700kms away I wasn't willing to risk anymore so I have decided to paint the rest.
: This frame has been painted and it is indistinguishable from the powdercoated frames.
: Normally powdercoating something that has chrome as well isn't an issue.
