A little update.
The straightening of the wire loops on the tubes is going ok all be it very slow.
Between work and very cold weather nothing much has been done.
I did manage to find a warm enough day to paint the radiator support brackets.
When I have finished straightening the loops I can put it back together.

The radiator is finally ready to go back together.
The time spent straightening the tube fins was worth it.
It will look like a new radiator when finished.
