Well folks it has been quite a while since I have done anything with any bus.
The winter hasn't been very favourable and I have been doing other things but I will be getting back into this bus with the roof being the centre of attention.
I am going to use the original interior sheeting again because it isn't too bad but more to the fact it has a half circle pressing on both the short sides and one long side that is swaged.
I was arguing with myself about the outer sheets because they have hail damage and just the sheer waste if I wasn't to use them again, but I have decided to replace them.
Less work in the way of I won't have to strip them of paint but more work in the way of making sure the sheet holes are in the same place.
Some of the sheets (4) are over 2.7m long.
The price I got yesterday was way more percentage wise than a 2.4m sheet.
I don't think I would later on live with dimples on the roof sheets.
First up the time consuming job of stripping paint off the interior sheets.
