Today I started doing a few small things to get some interest again.
I bought 2 white boards so as to put down in writing what needs doing.
One is for the Leyland 31 seater and the other is for this project.
I started out thinking of this one as a do a bit and move on but I have had to modify that thinking because of the rust and it just can't work without replacing full lengths of horizontal sections in one length which means taking off all panels down one side.
Upsetting original rivetsbis what I was trying to avoid but as you can see in these photos some of the panels have already been disturbed.
Some of the list of jobs to do has already be started.
Parts needed will grow exponentially.

These are original solid rivets.

great idea the white board as it is so frustrating when you get a go on and then discover you cant continue due to lack of material/parts or you get it all done and there is something forgotten you should have done first.
Also good fro when you are not feeling too industrious and you find a small job on that list that can be done

Like Carle Gregory mentioned The board is a great way of planning and a safe guard to record where you are up to Norman have a good time keeping things rolling with the new adventures of priorities and things to do
Peter Velthuis
you are going to need a bigger board. lol,.

The rust in wheel arches is a daunting sight.
Once you go into these areas it can grow into a hefty job.
